Im trying to stay focused! Its so hard for me...cuz im already looking at other exercise routines. But ive told myself, " JAZZ... you are going to finish this challenge even if it kills you!".
So, here i am. Day 15. Did level 2 of 30dayshred and did an extra cardio workout routine.
I sweat like a pig...AGAIN... but, i think i had more energy than usual to get through my 1hr and 15 minute daily workout...
I actuallly feel AMAZING! Im sloooowly am seeing results and im so excited about it...cuz im getting my dancer body back. woohoo!
So far...these are my results...
arms: 12
bust: 38
waist: 29
hips: 39
weight: 151
I think im getting smaller... i guess cuz i see (and live with) my body everyday, its hard to notice the subtle changes. But i feel good. That much is true.
Ok...so on to day 16!! Jillian, bring on the PAIN! heehee...
