Wow, so, for a little 20 minute workout, this really kicks your butt!
Everyday so far, Ive been really sore. I feel better today... I think the trick is to keep doing it even though youre in crazy pain. Lucky I had my husband to keep encouraging me. Once, my muscles got warmed up.. it really wasn't that bad.
Im also incorporating speed walking 5 days a week so i can get amazing results by the end of the month.
These are my current stats:
arms: 12
bust: 39
waist:31
hips: 40
weight: 155
