This is actually the 3rd day of doing this challenge. But i just thought about making a blog post about it for additional encouragement from all my buddies!
So, What is the 30 day shred? Its 20 minutes of intense circuit training with Jillian Michaels (trainer from the Biggest Loser). And let me just tell you... It is Tough!! I am soooo sore right now. I can barely walk up and down stairs or do anything that involves my hamstrings! haha.
So, I guess its working. I really like this workout because its doable and it really is only 20 minutes! Who doesn't have 20 minutes in their busy day?
Im so excited to see my results at the end of the 30 days...
Ill keep u posted on my stats.
